Welders (Full-time)

Salary: Based on Experience

Summary:

 

Responsible for fitting and welding of steel, stainless steel and aluminum parts using resistance spot welding process.

Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret blueprints and/or drawings to determine welding requirements

  • Ensure work is done safely and meets quality standards

  • Keep work area clean and organized

  • Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency

  • Other related tasks as assigned.

 

Welders Full Time
  • Requires grasping, writing, standing sitting, walking, repetitive motions, listening and hearing abilities, and visual acuity.

  • Ability to calculate basic computations.

  • Must be able to stand for the majority of an 8 hour work day. Walking may also be required throughout the day.

  • High School Diploma

 

Requirements:

  • Experience with steel, stainless steel and aluminum

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

  • Must be reliable with good work ethic

  • Willing to work 40+ hours a week

Tool Maker (Full-time)

Tool Maker

Salary: Based on Experience

Tool and die maker capable of building progressive type tools for stamping operations. Skills should include reading blueprints and CAD specifications, setting up and operating machines and tools, computing sizes and dimensions of tools and dies, and testing completed products.

Job Responsibilities

  • Use blueprints, specifications and models to fabricate of dies, and assemblies, ensuring safety and maximum efficiency

  • Verify dimensions of finished parts to ensure they conform to specifications using dial indicators, gauge blocks, calipers and micrometers

  • Utilize hand and machine tools to assemble parts of tools and dies and to repair and modify gauges, jigs and dies

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot problems and perform repairs on tools, manually operated dies and progressive dies

 

Job Skills and Qualifications

 

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

 

Preferred

  • Completion of apprenticeship program or trade school diploma program

  • Two to five years of experience in tool and die making

  • Experience using CAD

CNC Programmer (Full-time)

CNC Programmer

CNC programmer capable of interpreting print specifications, program details using offline software, set up the machine, and monitor it as program operates.

 

Salary: Based on Experience

Job Responsibilities

  • Determine the fixtures/tools necessary to complete jobs according to specifications, and write program to produce desired result

  • Discuss project specifications with engineers and supervisors to guarantee consistency between plans and products, and collaborate to modify designs when existing ones are not feasible

  • Modify machine speed, tooling and cutting style to ensure precision and accuracy of manufactured parts

  • Oversee cutting process, make adjustments throughout each job, catch mistakes as they happen and take necessary measures to eliminate errors

  • Inspect all finished products for accuracy and uniformity to ensure product quality and uphold company reputation

 

Job Skills & Qualifications

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • At least one year of experience programming CNC machines

  • Comfortable using tools and maintaining machinery

 

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with programming with MasterCam CNC software

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

  • Values precision and enforces quality standards

  • Ability to understand G-code
