From the Engineering Product Development and Design phase of your tooling requirements D&D Manufacturing will utilize a Team approach of extensive engineering knowledge and capabilities to ensure that we provide the highest level of quality and the most cost effective tooling, component, or assembly that the market has offer.

 

Our Engineering and Tooling Teams consisting of expert Engineers, Toolmakers, Machinists Programmers, and Technicians that allows us to control all your tooling needs in-house allows us to achieve unsurpassed turn-around times on single or substantial multi-tool projects.

 

By utilizing our Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) process we maintain your tools in the best possible manufacturing condition throughout the life of the tool.

 

Prototype

D&D Manufacturing works closely with our customers early in the program to identify if opportunities to provide prototypes. In doing so we can assist you in verifying your initial design and by providing product for your early builds or trial runs.

 

APQP/ Program Management
 

Our APQP process is utilized during the development phase of your program.

We identify, eliminate or control potential design, and quality concerns upfront through cross-functional feasibility and FMEA reviews processes.

We constantly monitor all program activity completion timing and utilize various communication methods in order to provide ongoing updates to our customers regarding program status.
