D&D Manufacturing utilizes automated weld processes with advanced robotics that ensure dimensional accuracy and faster throughput. We can also utilize specialized manually loaded processes, when they are dictated based on lower production volumes.

We design and build all of our own automation systems and tooling to ensure maximum efficiency and readiness.

All of our welding processes also feature strong and in control process controls related to weld process controls, sensor technology, along with periodic destructive /non-destructive testing to ensure that your finished product always meets or exceeds your specifications.
